Future Rugby League Stars Thank Waipareira For Their Support
The New Lynn Stags Rugby League Under 15 Squad showed their thanks to Te Whānau o Waipareira for sponsoring their journey to becoming our future sports stars.
Members of the squad presented Chair, Ray Hall and CE John Tamihere with a token of their appreciation for providing essentials like uniforms, training support and overseas rugby league trips to strengthen their skills and mana.
Some of the New Lynn Stags Rugby League Under 15 Squad are already paving their futures after being picked by The Warriors Development Team, Under 15 NZ Māori Team, South Sydney Rabbitohs and Bulldogs, Queensland Development Academy.
Te Whānau o Waipareira have a long, successful history with rugby league in NZ and run Aotearoa Māori Rugby League (AMRL); Tāmaki Māori Rugby League (TMRL) and Waipareira Māori Rugby League (WMRL).
