Celebrate the Maori New Year at Matariki ki Waipareira on Thursday, 19th June 2025, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Harbourview/Orangihina Park, Te Atatu Peninsula.
Join us for an evening full of vibrant cultural performances, delicious traditional kai, engaging arts and crafts, exciting carnival rides for the kids, and a spectacular light show culminating in a dazzling fireworks display.
Come together with family and community to honour Matariki, the star cluster that marks the start of the Maori new year, in a festive celebration of culture, unity, and renewal.
