CEAC Kakano Youth Arts Collective
Work with young people who have struggled in mainstream education and are trying to move their lives in a positive direction. Kākano supports young people to develop their studio practice, their confidence and their self-worth.
Riki Bennett & Kelly King
Provides environmental education programmes and arts for primary to secondary age groups, as well as for community groups and businesses. Programmes have a Māori focus on plants and Te Wao nui a Tane. Programmes include taonga puoro, weaving tuition and tukutuku design work. The organisation can also tailor a programme to suit the client.
For the past 30 years, Waipareira have provided free services and support for whānau of all ages in West Auckland – health, legal, housing and education.
