Te Whānau o Waipareira has provided services to the wider Waitakere community for over 30 years with a strong focus on supporting whānau transformation. We have a large suite of services to support you and your whānau across all ages covering health, social, justice and education.
We have arranged our services into the following to make it easier for whānau to find the appropriate support.
- Our pēpi & tamariki services are for whānau expecting a baby up until your child is 11 years old
- Rangatahi services work with young people aged 12 up to 24 years. Also check with some of our Mātua & Adults services as some of these start from 18 years
- Services for Mātua start from 18 years and older
- Our whānau services support whānau to accomplish their goals where they have multiple needs through planning, advocacy and navigating to appropriate services
Nearly all our services are free and primarily delivered in Waitakere. Services that have a fee will be clearly identified.
If you are unsure about how to access services, our Kaiārahi located on Level 2 in the Whānau Centre are available to answer any queries and help identify which services are best suited to your whānau.
If you are wanting to refer yourself to one of our services, or would like to refer someone else (check with them first) then print off the Whānau Tahi Referral Form (Click on here to download) and return to firstname.lastname@example.org.
