Whānau
We are here to support whānau with a range of services that help you live life to the fullest, together.
Kaiārahi/Navigator Service
Our kaiārahi are your first stop if you’re unsure which services are best for you. Kaiārahi work alongside whānau to understand current needs, look at whānau strengths, develop a plan and navigate whānau into the services that fit best.
You can talk to our kaiārahi kanohi ki te kanohi at Whānau House in Henderson. You can find them on Level 2. They’re available for walk-in queries and, where possible, to help with urgent needs. You can also call us on 0800 924 942.
This service is available to all whānau who live in the Waitākere area. Our kaiārahi can work for up to 12 months with a whānau.
