Cardiac Rehabilitation Service

We provide support to improve healthy lifestyles by delivering cardiac rehabilitation programmes.

Community Health Navigator

We provide support to Whānau who have been diagnosed with cancer. Supporting them with GP and specialist visits.

Cervical Screening Services

We provide cervical screening, assessments, and treatment services to wahine in our community.

DSME - Māori and Pacific Self Management

We work alongside other Māori and Pacific health organisations to ensure that Māori and Pacific with type 2 diabetes have full access and support to diabetes self management education.

Home Based Support Services

We provide a home base support service for individuals with mental health and with high needs.

Mobile Māori Nursing

We provide a Māori Mobile Nursing service for enrolled adult Whānau (mainly Māori) who have lung, diabetes and/or heart disease.
