Encouraging - Supporting - Mentoring

Professional training by a NZCF Reps registered Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience to improve the health and well-being of our Whanau, and to provide education and support by providing a programme that:

* Increases levels of physical activity
* Provides Nutrition information and advice
* Offers on-going education and support
* One on one and group support provided.

Self contained gym with gym equipment, 60 metre, six lane indoor running track, kitchen facilities, full changing room and shower facilities.

Venue: Waitakere City Rugby Club, Entrance 3, The Trust Stadium Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 11am to 12pm


Men and Women's Mixed timetable
